first off i am superstitious and growing up my mother always told me if I had a bad dream that i should tell it to everyone so I jinx it and it wont come true. so here I go.

i had a nightmare last night that the dallas mavericks beat us again in a 7 game series. the game was so vivid. rafer and bonzi both missed a ft in the last 2 minutes of the game as dirk was mismatched against luther head in the final secods and hit a turnaround jumper that gave the mavs the game at the buzzer. I then logged onto cf.net and saw there was already a sticky topic: mavericks oust rockets in 7 games. It felt so real i was so depressed and then I woke up realized it was just a nightmare.

anyone else have superstitions when it comes to rocket games? I try to wear a home jersey or a road jersey to match where they play when I watch the games. My rockets baseball jersey when its a big game or national tv

I'm superstitious too. I won't wear the same hat after a loss. I figure the hat is jinxed. Also, if we were winning when you arrived and we start to lose, it's your fault. I've made people leave. I would feel bad, but it often works.

My roommate missed all the comebacks for Texas' championship season. He would simply stop watching the game and let the magic happen.

this is kinda weird but I had a dream this morning that I was talking to Van Gundy and I was telling him that they need to play with more energy and hunger. the dream was really short....maybe i need to stop thinking about the Rockets so much

I've worn my Rockets Addidas shoes every game day (and only on game days) since I bought them. The first game was the first Spurs victory in SA, the second was the Yao injury. Nearly threw them away after that.

Look on the bright side, going down to the Mavs in 7 means we either make WCF or 2nd round at least. :D

Every time that I'm at a game (and sometimes when I'm not) and a member of the other team is shooting FT, I try to visualist Nick "The Brick" Anderson missing them. I swear that it works.

I have a tv in the living room and one in the bedroom (HD). If i start out watching the game in the living room and we are winning, I can't go upstairs to watch because they loose everytime I do that, and vise versa. If I start in the bedroom and they are winning, I can't go watch it downstairs cuz they loose everytime I do that.
