Damn im tired of him shooting the ball. He never passes it. Its so annoying, he doesnt know what the hell he is doing. He just shoots the ball and hopes that it goes in. Im so tired of his crap that he does all the time. I think we need to not let him play alot the next game so he can learn about his mistakes. What do you guys think?

While I tend to agree, I think Rudy is calling for this play as he likes to get a player doubled so it creates opportunities for other players. If they are going to isolate him late in the games Rudy should tell him POSITIVELY...NO JUMPSHOTS...to the hole or pass the ball...PERIOD !!

i know man, hes a friggin ball hog!!!!! He is a fine player, but his decision making is terrible!! I couldn't believe he jagged up that shot with 18 seconds left in crunch time! GEEEEEZE! He seems to forget hes not the only player on the court, there are 4 other guys who want the ball too! Im not convinced hes that good of a 1 on 1 player yet, cause all i see him do is jag up the outside shot and not take it to the basket. He is MUCH faster than Doug Christie, he could take him to school! I would like to see us isolating for Stevie more than him.

Also, what the **** was bryce drew doing there in the final minutes!!! WHAT THE **** IS RUDY ON! And it was inexcusable for him to miss that free throw. If Cato could do it, he can!

AARGGG

Sorry, im just a teensy bit PISSED right now

Francis should of been in. He couldnt shoot the ball but at least he can find players that are open and give them open looks. Mobley should sit out the next game. He is such an *******.

well maybe your exaggerating it a little to say he shouldn't play at all the next game.

Hopefully he will learn from his mistakes...

Cuttino's stats tonight

9-24 shooting
3-4 FT
4 Rebounds
3 assists
5 Turnovers

24 FRICKEN SHOTS, for a sub 40% shooter? 5 of the teams 14 Turnovers?

I really wish we could trade him for McGrady.

I feel your pain Francis3. About the 8th or 9th time he jacked one up from 18 feet, I was seriously questioning why the coaching staff doesn't tell him to lay off or at least get closer to the basket. How many of his shots rimmed off the FRONT of the iron? You figure if he took another step or two in he could have had 35 just like Carter!

Dakota, I agree. I understand why Rudy is giving him the green light. Cuttino can beat almost anyone off the dribble at any given time, but when he pulls up from 18 feet 10-15 times a game, he's just taking the ball out of someone elses hands that is willing to take it to the hole or that has a REAL jumpshot. When he is being played straight up, there is NO REASON for him to take the spot up.

I couldn't believe he jagged up that shot with 18 seconds left in crunch time!

Hey 2 sandwiches, I don't know whether you said that on purpose or not, but it's jacked up shots. Not jagged up shots!

Also, what the **** was bryce drew doing there in the final minutes!!! WHAT THE **** IS RUDY ON! And it was inexcusable for him to miss that free throw. If Cato could do it, he can!

Well, on the radio post game show, Francis said that his back had stiffened and plus he said that he wasn't playing too well. Francis said that he would have kept Bryce in the game. Francis was just having a crappy shooting night, that's all. But he did have 12 assists. But Bryce should have made the free throw.

what were you expecting? for francis to say that he wouldn't have kept nice bryce on the floor? please. steve's a baller. and a baller always wants to be on the court.

however, to say so would have been openly criticizing rudy. he's too mature for that. but i wish someone wasn't!

We should of taken advantage of the Muggys matchups. I really think rudy is losing this on purpose.

When they clear out for Cuttino, NO ONE is in position for a rebound when he takes his jumper. Let's see, no chance of a rebound with a poor shooter jacking it up. Nice play selection. Not to mention you've got a better shooter and better penetrator and better passer on the bench. I don't mind Drew on the floor to close out the game, but I'd rather have Francis and Drew than Mobley and Drew. It's getting old.
