OH MY GAWD! the texans have a bad draft history? say it isn't so. OP is a troll anyways. apparently, he knows for sure the Texans will never win anything in our lifetime.

    Wasn't Willie Roaf available?

Nope. The League pulled him from the draft due to his knee(?) problems. They left Boselli in. Roaf proceeded to make the Pro Bowl 4 straight years.

I can't believe nobody has responded to this gem. Are you saying that college station is cooler than Austin? Have you been to Austin? I guess if your idea of a cool town is a couple of bowling alleys and one strip of crappy bars then you definitely have a winner in College Station.

I find neither town "cool". Different strokes for different folks; I have no use for 6th street nor for all those "boot-scooting" places in CS.

I didn't even mention College Station. And yes, I've been to Austin many times. 6th Street is totally overrated. Just a bunch of drunken frat boys with backwards baseball caps. How is that different than any other college town?

But frankly, I was just trying to take the piss out of the threadstarter, who is a UT guy and doesn't even like the Texans. He just started the thread to try and provoke. I really couldn't give 2 ****s about either town/school.

I don't understand all the sunshine pumping from the Texans fans. I merely pointed out how careless Houston's been with their high draft picks. Seriously, how f*cking stupid can one franchise be? A child could have drafted better than that.

If they know what's right this year, they'll draft LaRon Landry or Levi Brown at #8, then pick up a CB or RB in the 2nd round. Knowing them, they'd probably pick another DE to add to the terrorizing Babin/Mario/Travis Johnson tandem.

Like most people, I stopped caring about the Texans after last year's draft. They've done nothing to show a commitment to winning.

Yeah, it was only by all accounts their most successful draft in their history by adding five starters and the DROY.

But if you stopped caring about them last April, you just confirmed your troll status. Bravo, you must be proud of yourself.

yea, i see waht you're saying there. the Texans are just drafting the players they think will give them the best chance to lose. makes a lot of sense. there possibly couldn't be a reason as to why Dom Capers and his GM of a turd were let go. Texans were losing with them just fine.

Please display evidence of this "most people." If by "most people" you mean posters on hornfans.com, maybe... otherwise, it sounds unlikely.

Actually there are thousands of digruntled Houston season ticket holders who stopped going to games last year, which is why there were so many empty seats.

If you call passing on 2-3 once-in-lifetime prospects for a mediocre DE a "successful draft" then you must have some pretty low standards.

If you call drafting the DROY and two OL starters with great potential crappy, then you're just a troll. Go troll somewhere else.

Actually, I liked the Demeco Ryans and Eric Winston picks. They were a nice consolation for making the biggest draft day blunder since Bowie over Jordan.

And based on that lovely pic, it's what the typical Titans' fan looks like.

And like I care what some redneck imbred Titans' fans think of the Texans. They were so amazingly awesome last year, that they needed OT to beat the Texans and avoid having the same exact record as them.

You are probably dead on here. That's a PR mess that they (Texans) won't get out of until this team starts beating VY and the Titans on a consistent basis.

    Love your tagline...
