Don't look now but Toronto is on the way and the Rockets could be going for the hat trick. Oh wait I guess they did beat Orlando!

Yea... so when that actually does happen (Yao+T-mac together), and they're still losing to the Celtics with piss-poor energy, feel free to b**** about it plenty.

That wasn't the case tonight (or any game they play without T-mac AND Yao).

The team is utter GARBAGE without their two best players... and I'm not all that suprised.

I totally agree. IMO our team is too "top heavy" and this will prevent us from making any serious run in the playoffs. I actually think the supporting cast on our 04-05 squad was better than it is this yr with players like Sura, James, and Barry (who hit an insane 46% from 3pt land)

I am so pissed off right now. I think I broke my hand punching the wall. This was the worst loss of the season. Worse than NO at home, worse than Atlanta, and worse than Denver at home. DAMN IT!!!!!!

At least Atlanta played a great game the other night, but Boston stunk tonight. It was unbelievable! Are we running out of gas?

Amazing how one man makes a difference. T-Mac is the MVP bar none. With him, title contenders: Without him, favorites for the Oden sweepstakes.

Had we had so much as a mediocre game we would've won.

I can't believe we have lost to the Celtics! I told my friend we were gonna lose and it happened. Just like I told him we were gonna lose against the Hawks too! But nooooooooo he said, "We can take the Hawks and the Celtics." Well, he ain't answering my phone right now so I guess he's eating my words now.

No doubt about that Nick....I figured they would lose when they announced Tmac was not playing and was pleasantly surprised to be up 13 with 9 minutes to go....in fact at that point, I figured the team had pulled of a good win.

But, lo and behold, lots of turnovers, shoddy defense and worst of all.....horrible offense.

We needed an attacking guard out there with the ball tonight.....

I will probably get killed for saying this......but I truly believe this may have been the ONE game that V-Span would have made a MASSIVE difference in....we needed someone who can creat shots for others off the dribble......and he is the one guy on our roster outside of Tmac which can do that.

    Dang.....should have played V-Span.

And we couldn't get out of the 1st round with that 04-05 squad. That doesn't bode well for this year. I guess we shouldn't have to play the Mavs in the 1st round so we'll just be 2nd round fodder instead.

It's not just Rafer. Head, Howard and Rafer were 5 for 34 from the field! 5 for freakin 34! that's just inexcusable. Sorry my first post gotta be so negative but dayumm!

i think was a repeat game. i seem to recall another game this season where the rockets followed up an extraordinary 3p night with less than ordinary 3p shooting.

Those teams had playoff experience and home court advantage in at least some rounds. The Rockets will have little or none of either.

We choked this game away, that simple. This is not the Mavs, you don't let the freakin' Celtics score 33 on you in the 4th to beat you.

No defense, no hustle, and all of our guys tonight (outside of Bonzi on offense) exposed themselves as mere scrubs who can't function without McGrady feeding them the ball.
