I thought he was Russian. From his bio: Was born in Rustavi in the Republic of Georgia, a part of the former Soviet Union • Was raised in Georgia until the age of 15 when he moved to Greece • Holds dual citizenship in Georgia and Greece •
Yup. Has not had much playing time but played well when called upon. I'm ok with him being Yao's primary back-up when Deke retires. Pretty solid rebounder.
He was solid tonight. If Deke were to get injured, it'd be a bummer, but the Rockets clearly have a serviceable backup for Yao. He and Bonzi were the only guys who played worth a damn tonight.
He is from the Republic of Georgia ehhh? Heck if Georgia can become independent then so can we gosh darn it! Free Texas... The Republic of Texas shall be back again!!!
He was a highlight in the midst of many low lights. Wells played well. And that is about it. No, I forgot. Synder's dunk. Other than that, sheer basketball incompetence
Head threw it up high, alley opp fashion, Synder caught it over the rim and slammed it down. One of the few highlights.
Normal alley oop dunk - but of course any alley oop dunk is impressive to me. Haha. It should be on the highlight or something though. I also like Big Jake. He can defend - rebound - and give up 6 fouls.
Yep. He did a pretty good job backing up Deke...and a pretty good job backing up this thread I made when we got him... http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=124585
man why the hell wouldn't they pass it to jake when he was in the post. Jake =/ mutombo. Pass to the man when he has deep position!!!
I thought this thread was about the guy who sits behind the visitor's bench waving the Greek flag whenever VSpan is playing. He had a VSpan #10 t-shirt on for this game.
