When I'm not in college and at home during weekends all I basically do is play videogames and browse the net for sports/world news. I'm getting fat and lazy... this is very bad. Do you guys have any idea what I can do? Thanks.
I don't exactly live in the US anymore so I don't know anybody that well and its very polluted outside so...
Also, if you guys know of any good forums (such as this one) where people talk about sports/games/movies/tv stuff, it would be helpful. Or a game I could play that I could download for free (not talking about the cheap flash ones though). Thanks!
It's kind of hard to meet and relate with the people here... culture differences and such. Maybe I'm just being lazy but hey... Yeah I'm being lazy
Get over it. I moved around my entire life. If you don't think I was self-concious in those moments, you're wrong. Just overcome it. Realize you are a stranger. If one doesn't like you, you'll never see them again. Eventually, you'll find a group. Again, work and school always help as far as that goes, but if your jobless, just mingle.
That's what I want to know. Maybe Mexico City. During hunting season, of course I do that every weekend. But I am also in college. And when it isn't hunting season I ride a bike, I lift weights, and I run. There has to be a movie theater around. Since you're complaining about being fat maybe you can do something about that.
Find a gym and start working out. After a while you will get to know the people who work out at the same time as you do.
Check out Digg.com thats should keep you busy on the net. Also look into FOREX ( An exciting yet volatile investment option ) Also it's 24hrs
I'm stuck with the same problem. AFter a 24/26hr shift I feel too tired to go out , and so I don't do anythign but play some PC games, watch tv and eat...eat and eat. I need to get back into my going out life, starting to get kind of depressed. 24 on...48 off. 1 night where I don't have to worry about waking up the next morning.
Uprising, what kind of work do you do? I wouldn't mind a life like that. Whenever I find a job I make sure I can work 11 or 12 hours a day. But I'd rather do 24 hours straight and take 2 days off!
