According to JVG, Jon Barry is taking his family and will be at the game as well. JVG joked about Barry trying to get free tickets to the game.

Love JB, wish he was still with the Rockets in some capacity. On the flipside, he's gone national and is giving the Rox a lot of love, not to mention bringing up interesting tidbits about his experience here as a Rocket and balancing out the insane -- but entertaining -- Bill Walton.

Oh, the game...Hawks are a tricky team, they seduce teams into playing at their level. They've already beaten the Spurs, Suns and other good teams.

Hopefully the Rockets will play with high energy and come out of the gate firing; ceteris paribus, I expect a win.

    First post!

Rockets win, 89-67. Wells is removed from the rotation after only shooting 70+ foot jumpers.

i say t-mac scores around 36 and sits out in the 4th. hopefully we can take these last games of the month seriously and take the teams out of the game early and give t-mac some good rest.

    starts with a bang. :)

I'd hate to see us overlook this team, they are capable of the upset.

they pushed the Spurs a couple of nights ago, and are hungry. There the spirits arent broken yet, they're still in the playoff race.

all in all, it amounts to a tough test.

    Rocks pull it out though

    96 - 89

    McGrady 35

We must beat the Hawks. The team's morale is superb at the moment and we need to continue the hot streak to guarantee ourselves a seat in the playoffs. Hawks shouldn't cause any problems to the Rockets. I'll go with a 10 pt rockets win. Rockets 100-90 Hawks.

Anyone else here been watching the rox since the twin tower days?

Rockets ahead by 32 at the start of the 4th. JVG empties the bench. we win by 14.

Bonzi starts launching 70+footers, makes all of them, Hawks throw in towel after not making a field goal in the first half, and Rockets win in largest margin in history, 120-60.

Howard must be very disappointed that he has no chance to prove he is better center than yao
