lol, I read this the other day. This version of the article didn't mention he was still living with his mom. Although the collector sword would have been a dead giveaway anyways.

HA HA HA! That is why reality TV will always be better than scripted television. This is toally fodder for Reno 911.

Good for that guy though...LMAO- he broght his flipping sword. I guess he thought he was just going to wisk away the 'damsel' in distress. Awesome.

OMG. Can't believe the dude is being charged. That sucks, guess his neighbor didn't appreciate his neighbor was about to attack him with a sword.

This article also failed to mention that the man was a 9th generation Samurai from the land of the Inuyasha.

Mental note: Playing Final Fantasy in your head is much better than real life scenarios.

Am I the only one who thinks that if there really had been an ongoing rape, the sword could have possibly scared the rapist away (who had probably laid aside his own weapon while in the midst of his "activity")?

That guy is just lucky that he didn't have his ninja, dwarf, and paladin warriors with him, or it would have been on like donky kong!

just saw this on CNN website.

    wow, a sword...

I don't know what to say.

Good intentions on the fellah to try to save someone. Some of us might have just called the cops or pretended we didnt hear anything. Kudos to him for trying to do the right thing.

    still, a sword....

Exactly my thoughts! Do people always get charged in the US that fast? So strange to think about that for me. It seems to be hard to not become a criminal in the US with the charges that get dropped so easily.
