    what is "the" letter?
    i checked the transcipts page.. i didnt see tamim ansary.

    i feel like im missing something kinda obvious.....

    was written by an American-Afghani. Lived here for 35 years, after spending his first 16 in Afghanistan. He was upset when he heard a talk show host want to 'bomb Afghanistan back to the stone age'. He sent the letter to 20 or 25 firends. It ended up being sent around the world (and has been posted here more that once).
