Actually, Rafer and Juwan both missed 2 also. This is a frutrating loss....thats all I gotta say. Im not gonna say trade Rafer, etc but the guy just sucks sometimes.

How about blaming JVG during the stretch in 3rd when he played Head and Alston while T-mac was on the bench. We had no scoring in the game and Wells had no business on the bench.

Not using Snyder on Stackhouse was stupid also. Why can't the guy get off the damn bench especially when our small guards are getting murdered?

 

JVG needs to matchup with Avery changes man this is just the same old story man. The Rockets can beat the Mavs. JVG needs to matchup with what Avery does. I mean Avery keeps changing things till they work. Look at the zone in the end and doubling T-Mac. Keeping a big like Erica for the critical rebound. Once Erica goes in bring in Deke or Jake, you must match up.

 

Such bs, they just came in and stole that. I cannot believe JVG called the last timeout when he did; that was r****ded! I knew that would come back to haunt us. I totally support JVG, but he messed this one up in the end. Atrocious last shot by Luther, too. Rockets just gave it away, ughhhh!

There were some positives, too. Chuck's hustle play, the Rockets hanging in there the whole game before T-Mac got goin', Head's dunk, held the Mavs to only 80.

Free throws ultimately are what lost the game, though. Pathetic from the line tonight.

i like the effort, wait until Yao comes back then they cannot double Tmac at the end
i dont blame Head for the last few plays....he has to shoot it since tmac is not available and no one wants to shoot it

 

Quit blaming screw-ups at the end. We should have been 10 up by then.

We're half a team. Offense, including free throws, is something we improvise between defensive possessions.

 

Everyone, calm down. We do not need to:

- fire JVG
- kill Rafer and/or Head
- kill anyone else whom you've felt caused this loss

We just need:

- Yao Ming

 

luther's shot choices the entire 4th quarter were hideous........im sorry but PLEASE play Snyder over him

 

Luther 2-10 is just as much to blame, at least rafer contributed in the 1st half...

God, I hate the Mavs so much. You know what? F*** it. I want them in the 1st round. It's go time.

 

JVG NEEDS THE WHOLE TEAM TO MAKE 200 Freethrows everyday.

Hope Jeff can learn something how to use more than 8 rotations. Our starters play too much more minutes then Mavs.

 

I think Luther Head is getting too overconfident in 4th QT. The last two possessions should go through t-mac.

I know our record is good, but too many times when the Rockets get challenged, they wither under the pressure.

Tonight....sooooooo many missed free throws....Tmac has GOT TO START MAKING his free throws.

Bonzi missed a late layup that hurt dearly.

Battier missed a free throw late that was crucial.

Rafer was HORRIBLE after the first quarter, he was just bad.

I want to see Kirk Synder when the other team pressures the ball, we need someone that can drive and finish....

Yes, I know we are missing Yao and that will make a HUGE difference, but the game was there for the taking tonight, in fact the Rockets SHOULD have won if they would have just hit their free throws and played smarter at the end.

It was mind numbing watching our putrid attempt at offense late in the 4th....they doubled Tmac out top.....what does that leave? SOMONE IS WIDE OPEN....but where? Oh yeah at the free throw line...did we flash? Nope.

This team is close but we are first round fodder again if we don't tighten up the mental aspects of the game.....FREE THROWS....GOT TO MAKE FREE THROWS !!
