My favorite is from the first season, hell, it might be one of the first episodes... Peter is talking about doing illegal stuff or something and the hitch is that in each example Peter cites his eyes shift back and forth methodically, such as on a movie villain. He starts out referencing things like peeing in a pool (insert cut scene of peter peeing in a pool, eyes shifting back and forth in a suspicious manner), or stealing something, then he gets to the end and says "and that time I snuck into wimbeldon" and it shows him looking back and forth, as if he's following the ball, but he's really just worried about getting busted. I literally laughed so hard I pissed my pants when I first saw that scene. It might have been because that was the first time I ever got high, but man, I still bust a gut to this day.

I just can't post without a rant I like Family Guy & have Seasons 1 and 2 on DVD. Even I got tired of the "Insert pop culture reference HERE" thing & haven't watched it in a while cuz of it (& not cuz South Park made fun of it). I think American Dad is the better made show with actual real humor and jokes, plot, etc.... after brian kisses meg, that whole episode is hilarious, cartoon network is showing it sunday night; stewie is hilarious in that thing when he's in his baby chair trying to find out the scoop, and brian drills some jr high girl about why she is insecure for like 50 seconds... its hilarious

Wow this has got to be one of the best threads ever. All of these are gold, but Peter and his exotic car ("Don't worry baby, I'll be gentle") and Stewie asking Brain about his novel stand out - good choices Ming Dynasty. One of my top moments is a very short cut-scene, when Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was at the doctor's office. I'm search it's not verbatim, but if memory serves me correctly, it goes something to the extent: Dr: Turns out your red nose is actually a tumor. Rudolph: A magical tumor? Dr: No....a malignant tumor. Rudolph: A malignant tumor sprinkled with fairy dust? Dr:......You're gonna die. I don't know why I think it's so hilarious, and I am sure I butchered the scene, but if anyone can find a video for it that would be awesome.
