This is the FIRST game the Rockets have won this year when trailing after the 3rd quarter.

Wow......just one less thing to worry about.

    :D

He can't play if Bonzi plays. I shouldn't complain when we won, but I don't understand JVG's thinking some times. Great win by the Rockets.

I should add "if we win the game" to your comment, as the board would be full of curse and "JVG sucks ball", "Rafer worths nothing", "Bonzi is a fata$$", and "T-Mac sucks at shooting jumper" if we lose

The only thing you need to understand is his formula works, don't worry about the intracacies of it. :p

Some nites Bonzi plays and some night Kirk will play depending on the matchup. I rather have that , then have minutes taken away from our man Luther.

great win. Even if the Kings are a talented  squad that is down on luck with no miller, shipped-out peja, cweb, bonzi, they gave us a good test of our resolve. T-mac and head came thru in the clutch.

Wow, make your layups and hit your charity shots and this game does NOT go into ot.

Artest may be good, but he sure looks like a dork out there: His deer in headlights and his square/blocky unatheletic frame/hips. :D

Shane Battier had 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks. T-Mac and Head came up big at the end, but Battier kept the Rockets close enough to allow them to do that.

    Hey guys,
Just got home from the game. Great game! The main things that stick out at me are missed layups and Rafer Alston. Hayes had at least 5 missed layups, Tmac had 2, Bonzi had a good 3-4, the list goes on. This improved in the second half, which helped us win. Rafer Alston played decently, but not great. He made numerous bad passes which led to turnovers or missed oppurtunities (boy is he bad on the fast break). Also, he has very poor shot selection. When he shoots his shots and doesnt try to be Kobe or Tmac, he is productive. When he tries to dribble through nine guys and float it up there, he is not so good. Sloppy first half and part of the 3rd quarter, but great 4th and OT to finish it out. Great win!

not to keep gushing but seeing tmac demostratively step up in the fourth was a HUGE sign for this team mentally imo. though the rockets didnt get a shot opportunity at the end of the fourth (great defense by artest, bad recognition of "personel" by head) heading into the OT i was like man Mac is going to pull this out for us. Tracy scored only 2 points but assisted on the two 3s and also just as critical had the tap out that lead to rafer which gave the rockets a second possesion under a minute left.

Great Game!! if it wasn't for sacs 26 FT pts this game wouldn't have been this close! but a W is a W!! tmac was tmac but what a game by head at the end! I know bonzi played tonight but I was still hoping snyder play atleast 15mins.

Man!! I wanted spurs to fall again so we could get in front of them oh well... its just matter of time!

Does anyone know why Jho played only 21 minutes?!! He started of great!! 4-6 shooting!

JVG in that press conference calling out on the man to man defense, I really think he was calling out TMac, extolling all his naturally gifts and yet in a way hinting that he's not using all of it or not bringing defensive intensity all the time...sometimes he's little too brutally honest and negative, he could have spun that in a better way and yet still get the message across

watching the replay of the game...
