    5'8" 166 - Large on regular T-shirts, but small for the undershirts (under my work clothes).

    I found that if I buy in the middle, like a MEDIUM, I can't wear them under my clothes 'cuz they're uncomfortable, and I can't wear them alone because they'll be too tight. :( What gives?
