    I just heard of the Cold War Kids this weekend. Not bad.

    If this were anywhere other than out in the middle of nowhere, I'd go.

    But isn't the festival itself in the middle of nowhere? The thought of the traffic itself is enough to keep me away.

    but i dont think i could handle a tract of farm land in the middle of nowhere in the middle of summer for 3 days. unless i went vip, of course.

    Yes, you are right. However, the traffic flow to Manchester for that weekend has gotten a LOT better compared to the first year of the festival.

    I really wanted to go last year to see Radiohead, but I couldn't justify to myself paying the price for wanting to see just one act. Plus I am out on the huge crowd.

    Ah, I felt that way too. Would have been awesome though.

    I have to admit, this list doesn't really make me drool. Other than Kings of Leon, the Flaming Lips, and Girl Talk, none of them excite me.
