I saw Shakira can speak five languages, so this got me interested in the question, who many languages can you speak? I can speak two (understand four) plus some broken Spanish. By the way, does anyone know if there is a world record holder of who can speak the most languages in the world? I've looked but I can't find, my guess would be 20 or so.
I can speak three (English, French, Spanish) Can understand four (above + Italian...but my understanding is slow and dumb) Can read five (above plus German but generally limited to my field) and an itty bit of Latin makes it 5 1/4 But speaking is really only three.
Fluently, I can only speak English and a bit of Italian. But I can understand 100% of Urdu, 75% Punjabi, 65% Italian, 20% Portuguese, and 15% Spanish.
Two. English and bad english. Actually English and Vietnamese. Wish I could speak Spanish, French, and Mandarin.

I'm only fluent in one language (English), but I know some French and some Korean. I'm hoping to be able to speak Korean by the end of the year!
Falo tres, rapaz (FAH-loo trehs, ha-PIESZ). Isso e, devo falar portugues e espanhol, depois de estuda-los faz anos.... English, Portuguese, and my Spanish should be better. I remember a lot of Italian but can't really count it anymore.
I have learned english for about ten years, but still can't speak fluent english. What's the problem with me???
