    What happened to the ashes? You really DID throw them in the earth? Seems like... uh, I don't know... you could have just thrown them away ANYWHERE... :(

    There's a great book I read last year about this subject - STIFF by Mary Roach. It talks about the various uses of bodies donated to science from being crash test dummies to decomposition studies to being in a body worlds type exibit. It's a very good read.

    is should tell my family or something. definitely science. why wouldn't i want people to use my now-useless organs to learn something for the future?

    I'm not exactly sure what I want. I know that I do not want to be embalmed. That **** is just weird. I kind of dig the whole green funeral thing but I might just want to get cremated.
