This is not news. Last year before Yao re-up with the Rockets, Phil did all he could to lure away Yao. I believe he even colluded with Bill Walton in the news paper saying that he is the right coach for Yao. Now, for a moment, Yao would be a dream pivot in Phil's triangle, probably would even work better than Shaq, because Yao can shoot from 10 feet out to 18 feet and pretty mobile too.

I became a Rockets fan because of Yao. It'll be heart-breaking if one day Rockets want to trade Yao, or Yao demands to be traded. Loyalty is always one of the important things in our minds. Though often it is very hard to keep ... both ways.
Did you read the title of the thread? Did you see the question mark I put in? I am just asking a question whether Phil only want Yao as his center. I did not say that Phil wants only Yao as his center. Now, what wrong with that? Read carefully before you make any crap comment.
Phil didn't say he wanted to coach Yao. you read that all wrong. he meant that Yao would be a matchup problem for them.
