Wow- did anyone else see that they credited Ewing's lack of a ring to the Bulls? Hmmm... could have sworn the Rockets had at least something to do with that.

I don't think it's fair to put Grant Hill on the list. I know he'd have been among the greats if he hadn't been injured, but how many players can you say that about? Certainly Larry Johnson and Penny Hardaway. Perhaps Antonio McDyess. Maybe Danny Manning?

If we throw in every player who was dominant over a period of five years or so and then just wasn't the same player for whatever reason, then you've got guys like Shawn Kemp or even Vin Baker. Roy friggin' Tarpley. Glen Rice was one of the leading scorers in the league for like five years and even won the All-Star MVP one year. And where is the love for RUN TMC? Mitch Richmond, Tim Hardaway and Chris Mullin were all great players.

yeah but their best teams were the ones that couldn't get past the bulls prior to 1994, IMO. The "Charles Smith" game comes to mind.

Hollinger has said in previous occasions that he considers Tim Duncan primarily a center.
