What's the difference between a giggle, and soft laugh, a chuckle, a snort-laugh...? I'm pretty sure any facial expression or noise can be faked, although if a woman's laugh sounds forced and she has a rude or disinterested look on her face...prettttty sure its fake.
Well back in the ol' *flirting days* the only reaction I really faked was the "loud fast exhale through nose" laugh with the smile. When you get into giggling, the room for error is much larger. If you really like the guy though, it won't sound fake. The fake giggle only goes along with an uninterested reaction. All of this imo of course.

Dude, if she's even still sitting there giggling, fake or not, she's into you. Then again she may just be the nice type who will make you think you're cute and funny til she strings you along and eventually crushes your heart, but that's probably not the case.
Wouldn't it be in their best interest NOT to fake the orgasm? That's what I always thought. Faking whatever noises they want to make, that's cool, I think that helps the situation. But if a woman is faking her orgasm, then it's basically telling the guy he doesn't have to try harder when I'm sure lots of guys would try harder if they knew that's what was required. About faking the flirt-giggle, they can definitely do that. It can be covering up sarcasm or a plain lie. Even the "I don't know how to lie" women are actually the best at lying. Those are the ones to watch out for.
