There are many, many different Looney Tunes characters from the great and well-known subjects such as Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck to those that some might not know or remember. So who was/is your favorite? I have always liked an clip I can fin with Sylvester Jr. in it.
I'm going to have to go with Wile E. Coyote. That guy just can't win. Here's a Complete List of Characters, and here is a List of 'Modern Day' / more popular characters
Beaky Buzzard was always a favorite, but not in very many. I always liked the Musical tunes that didn't have specific "main" characters too. The main ones being "One Froggy Evening" (the singing frog), and "Three Little Bops"(3 little pigs story set to swing music). My all time favorite Looney Tune is Chuck Jones' "Feed The Kitty" with the dog, Marc Anthony.
OMG!111! I almost forgot! Close second is Taz. He is SOOO classy that I decided to get a tattoo of him on the side of my rib cage. Killer, the tattoo artist, said that hockey was kewl, so I let him put a hockey stick in there too. Check it out:
What a maroon. Bugs, Foghorn a close second. Least favorite: Road Runner and Tweety. Would love to have seen Sylvester and Wile E. having dinner eating those two annoying characters.
No love for Yosemite Sam? And while I wouldn't say he was a favorite, I've wondered why Pete Puma only got one cartoon. Same with Black Jaque Shellac.
He is Speedy's cousin and as Speedy is known as the fastest mouse in all of Mexico, Slowpoke is known as the slowest. You can probably find some clips on YouTube.
Taz - His show was great . . with his family [I won't add Animaniacs - Pinky and the Brain] KILL THE WABBIT!!! Rocket River My Spear and Magic Helmet!!
he is Speedy's cousin of course! Wikipedia: "Slowpoke RodrÃguez is a fictional animated cartoon mouse, part of the Looney Tunes' cast. He is described as "the slowest mouse in all Mexico", and cousin to Speedy Gonzales, who is known as the fastest. His voice was provided by an uncredited Tom Holland. Slowpoke only appeared in two cartoons alongside his cousin. The first, "Mexicali Shmoes" (1959), ends with two lazy cats learning the hard way that Slowpoke carries a gun. The second, "Mexican Boarders" (1962), revolves around Speedy trying to protect Slowpoke from Sylvester the cat. This short (which was later edited into Bugs Bunny's 3rd Movie: 1001 Rabbit Tales) contains a possible allusion to a mar1juana habit when Slowpoke sings La Cucaracha."
