SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 23 (AP) -- The Sacramento Kings waived veteran forward Maurice Taylor on Tuesday after 12 games with the club.

Taylor, a 10th-year pro, played sparingly after signing with the Kings shortly before training camp. He played for the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Clippers before spending the past 1+ seasons with the New York Knicks.

Another ex-Rocket on the way to obsolecense.

    Yeah, saw that this morning.
I chuckled a little bit. Rudy.T, the players' coach, literally.
Who's left on that squad? Cat and Kenny Thomas. Both are not starters.

    Francis, Cat, Rice, Griffin, Cato

That was our starting line up 5 years ago.

The biggest achievement of post Hakeem rockets was landing Yao. That's probably about it.

As Taylor heads home to Michican, grocery and convenience stores in the greater Detroit metropolitan area have been alerted to stockpile Twinkies, Ding Dongs, and Chex Mix, and all Taco Bell locations will be open 24 hrs until further notice...

Motay's growing waistline gives a meaning to the word "bust".

Stevie for Min, that's a 100% yes (bad impersonation of simon Cowell).
    Not for MoTay.

I hope he saved some money and didn't 'burn' it all because it appears the end of his road has been reached.

Mo doesn't care about the NBA anymore, he just wanted to get his 10 years in. You get some pension after serving in the NBA 10 year

This is the same reason Moochie wants to come back for one last year, New Oleans said no and then he tried out for PHX, and he is still trying to get on PHX, he wants to serve one last year to get that 10 years served.

Mo doesn't live in Michigan, he has a house in NY that he bought when he moved there and he still lives in Houston where his family is..

If you want to see Mo anytime soon since he doesn't have a job he will probably appear up at Lifetime fitness since he goes there alot during the offseason, Moochie aswell along with other players.

Why the heck does Mo Taylor need a pension? Did he manage to squander that 40+ million the Rockets gave him on weed?
