Based on a personal experience, Chuck is a really cool guy. Very down to earth, just a regular Joe. It's easy to root for him. I just hope he stays hungry and isn't too satisfied with himself for finally 'making it' as an everyday NBAer; he needs to constantly work on his game every chance he gets, and the rest will take care of itself.
thanks, i totally forgot about it. chuck is awesome, he was so good with a healthy tracy and yao, it's weird watching him be so much less effective with the big guy out.

I don't know if weird is the word I would use to describe the last few weeks, frustrating maybe because you know that he wants to help the team win, but I have faith he will figure out a way to contribute more and foul less (please lord help him make good with the refs!).
it's weird because he's not playing like the chuck i've gotten used to watching. i'm sure he'll be fine but with deke and juwan playing so well it's hard to get him in. he'll be the starter again when yao comes back though.
No worries...I think it's a well known fact that he plays his best with Yao on the floor with him (not trying to knock him off or anything cause Hayes is one of my favs).
When he's in right now he's mostly (if not completely) playing center, which I think takes a bit away from the flexibility he has to move all over the floor to get those crazy rebounds and loose balls. Mainly because he's trying to stay inside to protect the paint (not always successful at it but he's trying). The fouls are what kill me, I swear to you, I don't typically call anything Bill Worrell says "on the money", but when he said Chuck was the most scrutinized guy under the basket I think he was spot on. LOL not that I am excusing the fouls but dang! Can't we get a little help from the men in stripes?
