Mike James hits a crazy off balance 3 to go up 3, Billups comes back and hits a 3 with 3 seconds. Going into 2OT. Watch this game, pretty good.

The highlight was the fight between Mcdyes and Garnett. KG was sissy backing out to his bench after throwing the ball to Mcdyes.

After MJ hittng the 3, he just WATCHED Billup take the tying 3pt.

I lost a lot of respect for him tonight. He threw the ball at McDyess and then ran away like a little child. He deserves a similar type of 'scorn' from fans for this as Melo got for his sucker punch. It's even more disappointing because this is KG, at least with Melo it's not as surprising.

EDIT: I was able to dig up this video

Dude, KG stood up for his teammate by just plain saying "what you did was wrong" he did not back away, he didn't want to get into a fight that could cost suspensions..

Cool, the Rockets maintain the 4-game lead over the T-Wolves.

Hakeem wasn't the same guy on the court.

As for the game, Mike James hit that 3 after stepping out of bounds, so it's only fitting that Billups tie it up in his face and then pull away in OT. Good for us in the standings too. Minnesota has been on a roll lately.

Mad Dog was flopping. He and Dice went after the ball and both pushed each other. I hate that suck azz madsen, he doesnt belong to NBA.
As for KG, he threw the ball taking it to Dice, the he should at least stood there like a man, not running away. You see what a man is made of in those situations.

As you get older, you think twice more often before doing dumbass things like getting into needless fights. How many games do you get suspended now for a fistfight in the NBA? How much does Kevin Garnett make? He could potentially lose seven figures over a suspension.

I doubt anyone here, regardless of bank account size, would flush a million bucks down the toilet to throw a few punches.

Depends on who's receiving the punches.

Ricky Davis just got suspended 1 game for leaving the bench to go to the locker room and then come back. It was during the 3rd quarter. Crap...he's on one of my teams. I hate Casey so much...well, I just think he's an offensive idiot...worse than JVG. Did you guys see Casey. All he did at the end of the last game was whine like a mad man for 2 over the back calls against Rip Hamilton. First, they weren't anywhere near over the back...Foye was just too short and out of position. Secondly, one play happened totally opposite from the bench and Casey couldn't see crap. His defense is overrated (all KG based) and it's not hard to get into a low scoring affair with Detroit who runs only 2 offensive sets themselves. When KG got ejected there was absolutely no decent offensive game plan at all. I hate small ball. I just think it's r****ded when coaches put in lineups that are shorter at EVERY position.

    KG sux..

I hate this guy. everybody refer to him as "classy" and "cool". but he isn't. he has a terrible ego and a bad attitude.

he always taunts players after dunks and he makes those stupid face expressions.

above all of that, he ran away from Antonio like a little girl after throwing the ball at him..

Damnit! KG was just suspended 1 game for throwing a punch. He was backing away and threw the weakest rolling fist motion that had no chance of inflicting any damage upon a 7 yr old girl!!! And he gets suspended. I have both KG and Davis on my FantasyCap team, and they're both sitting out tonight.

No wonder this guy is a loser. He's not gonna win a ring by talking a lot of trasch, throwing a ball at somebody and runaway.. and he likes the pick on his old buddies. this guy needs to go back to school.

Actually, correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Dream mostly to blame there? I remember him saying something afterwards about giving in to the 'shaitan' (i.e. devil) and acting out of character. McDyess was the one saying afterwards that he loved Dream and considered him somewhat of an idol and he regretted the way things went down. He was actually pretty classy afterwards. Besides, I think Dream was fined a little higher for throwing the first punch.

I think that was in the 97-98 season.

i agree. when your team is on a roll trying to make the playoffs, you should definitely risk being suspended by being a "man"... especially if you're your team's best player.

exactly... he should have been showed that he doesn't have a "bad attitude" by "running away like a little girl".

how your post makes sense... i dunno. your post is r****ded. i wanted to post the infamous feedback masterbaiter post to respond to your's, but... sigh... nevermind.

I don't mind what KG did. He stuck up for his teammate. I can't fault that.

I remember an incident with KG vs the Rockets, where I think it was Yao was shoved by KG, and Steve came in and gave KG a forearm shiver, and after he did that, Steve had a "What the **** did I just do?" look on his face.

KG has Madsen, the most craptacular player in the league, back.

Plus you are KG, you are one of the best players in the game, you cannot put yourself in a position like that.

You have a goon to do that.
