MSNBC has a user poll every week with the current top 5 candidates for MVP and they move up/down the following week based on votes.

T-Mac made the list for the first time this season and is currently #5.

You guys can go on the site and rank your top 5 MVP candidates from the current choices. Help support T-Mac and bring H-Town the 2007 MVP!

This doesn't have any impact on the actual MVP vote, right?

    just voted..

didn't know what to do when it came to Dirk and Kobe. I had a tough time figuring out what to do.. finally, I ranked them this way:

    Mac
    Hibachi
    Nash
    Dirk (I had no choice)
Kobe (cant get it any lower) :D

I really wanted to take Habachi out...but they didn't let me. Incredible scorer...but if the T-mac in orlando couldn't get an mvp, he shouldn't either. All about the wins.

What Mac has done without Yao is amazing. we have beaten the better teams in the league to. chicago, denver, Lakers, Utah and so on. we've won 9 out of the last 10 games. not to mention most of those games have been on the road. if thats not MVP worthy then i dont know what is.

Voted. KG's going to start rising on that list pretty soon if Minny keeps up the hot streak they've been on.

Ok T-Mac is currently 21 pts in 1st quarter on 9/11 shooting.

This thread needed a bump and this is the perfect time.

    Vote for the MVP!

It will come down to Nash vs. Dirk...if their respective teams have similar records then Dirk will win it, mainly because Nash already got it twice in a row and I don't see him getting it a third time.
