No. I can't sing. So glad they said no to that girl. Not only was she not hot, but she sucked, only because she was nervous. I want a hot chick to win. I don't care how bad she sings.

she was singing a song from the Wizard of Oz like the cowardly lion. what was even funnier, that had an homage to Prince with the people singing "Kiss".....and she did the lion thing in there too.
That was funny. There were some people that I thought should have another chance. I thought the 16 year old singing ABBA, then Manilow ala Fuel was funny. I bet they didn't expect the kid to return. Paula is definately on something. Last season she started manifesting some wild mood swings. I wonder how long Simon will put up with it before he explodes. I predict that Paula has a nervous breakdown during an episode this year. Probably Vicodin or Xanax.
Jewel is co-hosting "Nashville Star" on USA which if vastly superior in terms of talent. I only watch the audition process of "Idol" for obvious reasons. I couldn't care less about the actual competition. Many of these people don't live in reality. Not only are they delusional about their abilities but they take what the judges tell them and totally twist it around. Sometimes for the better and sometimes they were the worst. As somebody who actually has a music performance degree, I was REALLY dissapointed to hear that that one chick (who was the uber fan) had a vocal performance degree. That kind of delegitimizes my degree a little bit if people like her are allowed to get one.
God, did anyone see previews of the freaks on next weeks show? I can't wait. Gotta love a good train wreck.
In reality they should have never gotten to the point of being in front of the judges. If I'm not mistaken, aren't they prejudged by a different group of judges long before they reach Simon and Company? I remember seeing a clip on YouTube of some guy where they were screened in the arena they were waiting in. It makes since because there is no way the celebrity judges could judge the thousands who show up. Obviously the weirdos are put in front of Simon for entertainment reasons.
