Pats - Payton chokes again and Brady shows why he is up there alongside Montana as the best playoff QBs ever

    vs

Saints - Bears' D isn't special anymore - Duece runs wild

I'm currently 7-1 in my picks as well, losing only the Ravens and Colts game.

I am going to go with the Saints over the Bears as I feel that not only are the Saints a team of destiny but that the Bears are not nearly as good as their record would indicate.

In the AFC, I don't care where the game is being played, I'm going with the Patriots as they have the Colts number. Maybe this is the game that Manning finally gets the monkey off his back but I am not expecting it to happen.

Then I think the Saints shock the world by beating the Patriots in one of the best Super Bowls ever.

    AFC:

Colts finally win against New England. If their run defense can contain Maroney/Dillon like they did to LJ, they win. I just want them to win so I won't have to see Manning in so many commercials

    NFC:

Tough call. I mean, Seattle was supposed to win that game but Hasselbeck choked...HARD. Brees no doubt will do better and Deuce will run circles around them. But some reason...I can't pick the Saints to win at Soldier Field.

That Bears D made big stop after big stop yesterday in the 4th and over time, even after being on the field for a huge amount of time.

New England will take the Colts..This team is a dynasty...Brady is 19 - 1 indoors and is coming off his worst game. The defense won the game against SD....I look for a low scoring game....Dungy is 3 -0 against Bill though...Still,have to go with the PATS.

    NE 24 -13

The Bears got over the hump last week and should roll against the Saints.(despite Grossman)

    Chi 34 - 17

I think Colts win because they have finally figured out Tom Brady's weakness which was shown in the Chargers game. Blitz the entire game. That is exactly what the Chargers did and he said after the game that this was the best defense he had played all season. I think the Colts defense will step up big once again because they are inspired due to all the mess the media talked about them in the regular season. And also the Patriots defense is vulnerable as shown in the Chargers game and the Colts don't drop passes like the Chargers did.
In the Bears-Saints game, I think the Saints win because of their offensive firepower. The Bears defense is very vulnerable, and I think the Saints will take advantage of their weak pass defense. The Saints defense just comes up big in the key moments so it will probably hold up.
In the Super Bowl, I want to pick the Saints, but the Colts are just playing too well on defense right now and I think Peyton will come back to his old self.

I'm going with history on this one.

Colts lose as usual to the Patriots. Plus, for whatever reason, God just likes the Patriots. How else would they keep getting absurd breaks like SD fumbling an interception?

The Team of Destiny (Saints) will play God's Favorite Team (Patriots) in the Super Bowl.

Does Madison Avenue not give a **** that Peyton Manning has not won a Super Bowl? Too many Peyton Manning ads for someone that has not won a Super Bowl. I'm sick and tired of him. Until he wins a Super Bowl, he is overrated. Go Pats!!!!!

The Pats are gonna win, because they can get points of the turnovers, not like the Ravens and the Chiefs, they intercepted Manning, but they didnt score points.

    Colts over Pats
    Bears over Saints

Colts vs Bears in the Superbowl.

Bears win over the Colts in the Superbowl because the best defense always wins the SB.

Just for the record I am picking the Saints not the Bears as my first post says. I don't know why I did that as in another thread I picked the winner of the Eagles-Saints game to go to the Super Bowl.

The Patriots are going to whip the Colts so bad. People are calling Tom Brady lucky. Manning has had probably his worst two playoff performances ever and got two '85 Bears like performances out of the Colts defense. The Colts tackle like my computer teammates in Tecmo Super Bowl. Dillon rushes for 200 yards and the Pats roll.

The Saints and the Bears is an even easier pick. Rex Grossman is the new Dan Pastorini. Grossman throws 4 INTs and the Saints win.

I'm going Saints over Bears by a TD

Colts and Manning finally over the Pats by a Vinny FG.

Saints/Colts SB too close to call yet.

Colts vs Saints. That would be tough for me, my favorite team vs my favorite player (Brees). I will go with Colts this year, next year the Saints!
