Wanted did not want Vasilis Spanoy'lis became... subject. Or played, or no, a'llwste, in the NVA, this was datum. SPORT 24 analyzed the affair, but also was addressed in a expert. The Fran Mpla'nmperj, columnist of Houston Ro'kets, answered in concretely us questions and it writes exclusively for us what precisely happens with the B-break, their Ro'kets and the Van Gka'ntj.

The American journalist rejects, firstly, parafjlologj'a perj' exchange of Spanoy'li, marks that the Ro'kets BELIEVE in Greek a'so, without however it gives margins of change of attitude of Van Gka'ntj. From the moment where the Ro'kets overcome without the Gja'o, is little difficult, the coach of Houston he makes changes, in the team his, thinking Vasilis.

The Fran Mpla'nmperj writes, still, in what is at a disadvantage up to moment the Spanoy'lis stressing however that the Ro'kets want the Greek for a lot of years in the Houston.

The complete reportage, on SPORT 24, from the Fran Mpla'nmperj has as follows:

1.The Ro'kets do not search they exchange the Spanoy'li. On the contrary, the objective is him they promote slowly-slowly, believing that they will have profit in the future. Saying these, if exists some team which wishes trade offering returns which will improve considerably the team, potentially they think they include the Spanoy'li in the relative parcel and in case where him asks the interested team. Remember, however. I say... that him they will think.

2.I know that the Spanoy'lis is dissatisfied from his small attendance in the game of Ro'kets, but I cannot to you say that the things can change, very shortly. The Ro'kets measure a 7-2, with the Gja'o except team and the Van Gka'ntj it shows confidence in the players that use. Hence is not placed subject of direct changes in the drawings proponiti'.

3.The Spanoy'lis wants it plays and potentially it believed that it came in the Houston, having ensured time of attendance. I believe that he is a new player with big prospect. It will be supposed we remembered that it had very big as much as short achieved karje'ra in Europe. It went fast to the Panathinaikos, it achieved also in National Greece. But to him it will take enough time in order to it learns the big differences that exist in Europe.

    4. I would say that his problem is always located in the defence and this will be problem with the Van Gka'ntj proponiti'. Also makes a lot of errors, something that puzzles the coach. All these however do not mean that the Ro'kets are disappointed. Him they want for a long time in the Houston. It is challenge, a'llwste, they convince the Spanoy'li and no him they disappoint, so that him they have with them for a lot of years.

It's not the worst translation ever.

Billy is would like to play more, but the Rockets are doing fine (7-2) over the recent stretch without Yao, and Van Gundy doesn't see the need to mix things up. They aren't interested in trading VSpan, and believe that he will pay dividends in the future if they bring him along slowly. He still needs time to learn the game in the NBA, which is quite different than it is in Europe/Greece. Why risk playing him now if the team is playing well, he's a rookie, his defense is suspect, and he's committed a lot of boneheaded turnovers.

    Clear as mud.

    :D

i found it very easy to read, basically they wonder if Vspan be traded, and they understand that VanGundy not making no changes cuz the Rockets are playing well with the group he has out there. And also they notice that VSpan makes mistakes on defense and his high turnovers.

Want it or not, Bill Spanoulis became a subject. Sport24 analyze the subject and talked with an expert. Fran Blanberry, columnist of Houston Rockets answered in some spesific questions tha we asked him and writes exclusive to us what happened with V-Span, Rockets and JVG.

The American journalists rejects all the rumors about Spanoulis trade and he marks that Rockets believe in Greek player but without give margins of changes of the attitude of JVG. From the moment that Rockets win without Yao It is a bit difficult for JVG to make changes in the rotation of his team, thinking Bill.

Fran Blanberry also writes in what is Spanoulis disadvantage until now, marked however that the Rockets want the Greek for a lot of years in the Houston.

(Sorry for my translation. I know It sucks but I try as good as I can. If you don't understand something, pls. ask me)

(Did I write the name of the journalist right?)

That translation is fine. Thanks for the info.

PS- the journalist's name is Fran Blinebury, but you can call him Fran Blanberry if you want. Nobody here likes him much. Also, calling him an "expert" is giving him a lot of credit.

    How about Fran-Blan for short?

Everyone makes some mistakes on defense. I don't think anyone can seriously argue that Alston is a better option defensively than Spanoulis. That's just crazy.

His problem is primarily on the offensive end . Rafer can't shoot but he takes care of the ball. Luther can shoot, but he's turnover-prone. Unfortunately, Spanoulis can't shoot or take care of the ball.

Personally, I'd like Spanoulis to get some minutes when Lucas is just outsized by the opposing PG.

I like how Van Gundy translates to "Van Gka'ntj." That sounds a lot more threatening and scary, in a klingon type way.

He's getting treated no worse than any 2nd round rookie, gets playing time in blowouts and thats it. He will buried at the end of the bench because frankly he hasn't shown enough to get more playing time.

He needs to work extra hard on his game, develop a rep as a gym rat, first one to get to the gym and the last to leave. Get a sleeping bag and work until midnight on his game, sleep in the locker room and get back to the gym at dawn. :) Stay in the states, this summer, play in the summer leagues and dominate playing NBA players like JL3 did this summer. Short of that, keep his mouth shut and cheer the team on this season.

    EARN IT!!!!!
