    3. Rockets (+3)
    He isn�t blocking shots like he used to (although he�s still an intimidator in the paint) and maybe he�s only good for a couple buckets at night at best, but Dikembe Mutombo has been a beast on the glass. He�s pulling down about 14 rebounds a game without Yao Ming in the lineup.

    #3 might be a little high. The Fakers probably deserve to be ahead of the Rockets this week after beating the Mavs. At least til we beat them tomorrow night. :D

    Average of SI (11) and FOX (3) is 7. So I will take 7, which I believe is about right.

    i think 7 is a bit low i think the 5 espn has us ranked is a bit more accurate

    3rd is huge, puts us in the elite of the NBA WITHOUT Yao.

    Even I wouldn't say it's truly accurate right now, but I have no doubt we can play like a Top 3 team in the playoffs.

    We deserve to be number 3 right now, we are playing some great basketball and getting some big wins such as utah and away at chicago.

    Lol. That's a very strange comment. Makes me ask myself, did these guys look at the stats sheet and based the rockets progress on the play of Dike. Out of all the things they could have said about the team and mcgrady, they chose to give dike recognition.
