So, I'm plowing through the ubiquitous big tin of christmas popcorn, when I accidentally mix the cheese and caramel flavors together. Normally, this would be sacreligious due to my quazi-OCD like personality, but it was actually very good. The saltiness of the pseudo cheese like substance goes very well with the sweetness of the caramel. After all these years of eating big tins of popcorn, I can't believe that this is my first time discovering this wonderful combination. ...and yes, the plain ole butter flavor once again sits uneaten. waiting on its inevitable journey into staleness.
This made me LOL! No, just had a tramatic event happen during my childhood involving cheese. Ever since then I have not liked the taste or smell of any type of cheese.

how can you not eat the BUTTER? Sure it is the third best, but when the caramel and cheese thirds are empty, dig in the butter! any kind is better than none.

Hell, at the movies, my kid gets nachos and I dip the popcorn I get in it..yumm...At work, I put tabasco on my popcorn... at first I think yuck, but I bet its good...
I am all about hot sauce on the popcorn. The best part is that little sizzle sound when the hot sauce hits the popcorn...
