    I know we are all deaply saddened b/c of the terrorist acts but today is Vengeance's 21st Birthday. 21 what a great age;) It sucks that your birthday is being over shadowed by these terrorist acts.

    Oh man....21 is just like my 18th and my 19th*...Party time!!!!!!!


    *I turned 18 in July of 1981...On September 1, 1981, the legal drinking age was raised to 19. So I got to celebrate becoming legal twice!

    I was born in June of 1983, so youre more than twice as old as me- i turned 18 this past summer :)

    Nope, no one was grandfathered then. I don't know if they granfathered people when the age was raised from 19 to 21.

    Between July 24th and September 1st, I went to the same three bars so many times that the bouncers got to know me well. Once the law changed, the bouncers had already stopped carding me!

    Anybody here remember "Cheeks", on Bay Area Blvd. @ Space Center?

    They did not grandfather it in when it went to 21 in '85 either.

    I was 20 at the time, and had to wait 10 days for September 10th to be legal again.

    Hey thanks JR! I really appreciate you noticing.

    The past day's events have certainly put a damper on things, but rest assured, feelings should be looking up when I will be in San Antonio for a belated party with friends. That will be a while off though.

    Excellent grammar T.V.!! I'm impressed.

    Anyhow, thanks for the wishes. I didn't nab all of the candles, and almost caught my shirt on fire instead.
