I don't think they're all racist (see the in my first post), but I'm not going to be naive and think Vince has not suffered from prejudice cause of his race since coming into the league. You don't have to say you hate black people or use the n-word to be racist. I can't read Hoge's mind so I don't know about him. I won't go that far.
