fyi, in all 3 of my championship games, i'm starting Matt Leinart.

ridiculous, i know. (1 league has Hasselbeck and Alex Smith as options...another has Grossman...3rd has only Trent Green) But I've made my call and I'll live with it!

I was sweatin' it out today waiting to see if Coles would beat me. Needless to say, I won my league championship in spite of this starting lineup (none of them had a real big week):

    Romo
    LT
    Gore
    CJ
    L Fitz
    Witten
    Kaeding
    Chargers D

My bench actually had a better overall score:

    Kitna
    Maroney
    Jones-Drew
    Berrian
    Javon Walker
    B Watson
    S Graham
    Rams D

800$ payout for first - woohoo!

Well, I won all 3 of my championship games. Huge outputs...Steven Jackson in 2 leagues, Dayne in 2 leagues, picked up Curry and started him in 2 leagues, Betts, J. Walker, Driver, McGahee, V. Davis

(and Merriman/Hope/Pacman/Tatupu in my IDP league)

3 champs out of 6 leagues!

I just beat the team with LT this week in the semi-finals... because he was human for a change, and because I started Bulger. :)

Going for my third straight year with the Trophy in this league, too... btw.

I was up by 6.7 points going into Monday Night Football, my opponent had Chris Chambers and Laverneous Coles. I got on a plane from Houston to NYC and figured I was toast.

How Coles and Chambers managed to only get 2.5 points between them must have been a belated xmas present for me from the FFL gods.

I took out the LT team in the 1 fantasy league I'm still alive in. I completely demolished them 206.87 to 169.46. I even made the mistake of benching McNair for Cutler. That move cost me several points.

This league is a really strange league. 20 teams only 3 bench slots and IDP. I sacrificed a couple wins earlier in the season to amass waiver wire talent and the results are paying off.

    QB McNair (waiver wire)
    WR Driver
    WR Evans (waiver wire)
    WR Colston
    RB Rudi Johnson
RB Arlen Harris (waiver wire) Lost Kevin Jones 2 weeks ago
    TE Chris Cooley (waiver wire)
    K Graham (waiver wire)

    D Vilma
    D Bulluck
    DB Sean Taylor
    DB Kenoy Kennedy (waiver wire)
    DB Sammy Knight
    DL DeMeco Ryans
    DL Kawika Mitchell
DL Leon Williams (waiver wire) Andra Davis injury

I easily have the best team in the league and barring a miracle I will win this league. Btw, we've been doing this league every year since about 1999.

I just won my superbowl with LT, but personally I think I would have won if my team didn't have him. I was the highest scoring team in my league but also one of the highest scored against, so I barely got the 2nd seed in my league (while the 1st seed had the least scored against). I ended up with an 8-5 record and only needed LT to win a couple of those games. Basically, most of my losses were close, and most of my wins were blowouts.

    My Final Team
QB start 1: Carson Palmer, Vince Young
RB start 2: LT, Jones-Drew, Deuce McAllister, McGahee
WR start 3: DJax, Donald Driver, Roy Williams, Larry Fitz, Hines Ward, Reggie Brown
    TE start 1: Alge Crumpler
    K start 1: Kaeding
D/ST start 1: KC for last week, but played matchups with WW throughout the season
