Yao Ming eat lots of chicken broth made with a whole chicken and chicken feet. It will help you heal faster. Chicken broth from scratch is alot healthier and has more mineral than instant broth. Take extra vitamin D(Cholecalciferol) and vitamin K(K2 version is best). Get well. Heal fast.
