    I have family and friends that work at WTC. There is no way for me to get in touch with them. My prayers go out to all the families who are sharing in ALL of our pain in this country. WHY WHY WHY!

    it is being reported that people in the WTC as far up as the 90th floor were safely evacuated before the collapse.

    No sentiments can express the national feeling of sorrow and pain right now. This is indeed a day or mourning.

    But make it a day of love, also. Tell friends and relatives how much you love them. Be prepared to contribute to the tens of thousands who have been hurt.

    God bless. I hope my "uncle" got out safely as well. He actually went to work the day after his father in law died. I don't know why he went though.

    Some people were evacuated, but they had a guy that got out of Tower 1 that said he had to go down the stairs from the 30th floor and saw alot of people up there. He pointed out two people, invalids he said, that had no way down.
