I was curious why when I try to put a player on IR, it does not let me, saying they are not injured. It is not a big deal, just curious.

An example, I was trying to put E. Jones on the IR since he has been out for the past few games with an injury. Like I said I just went ahead and dropped him, because he ain't doing me any good if he can't play, but since the injury seems to be more day to day you can't put him on IR?

Rook, I do have it set that a player must be injured (OUT) in order to be placed on IR. Not sure what guidlines Fanstar goes by, but it seems the "game time decision" injuries are not eligibe for IR.

If you want me to put EJ on IR for you, I can do that.

 

Just to save time for later, I'm never going to agree to a "3 scrubs for my superstar" trade. Nice try tho, Pimp.

fade and Pimp, I got the email of your trade, but it is not showing up on the commish page for me to approve it. I have emailed Fanstar and they are working on the problem.

If you wish a lineup change to include the players you acquired, let me know.

 

Pimp and fade, here is the reply from Fanstar after they looked at the trade:

According to what I see this trade has not been approved by the other
team. It could also be roster limit problem for the team getting two
players. He would need to make room before the trade could be
approved.

 

Don't know why it didn't go through since I freed up a roster spot by adding Odom to the IR.

Anyway, I dunno. I'm less inclined to do it now knowing that Carmelo is only going to be out for one month. I did click accept, though, so if you think it should go though then I'm prepared to live with the consequences. If not, then I'll just stick with what I have. I only ask that if you push it through to put Rip into my lineup for this week instead of SAR. I wouldn't want one of Anthony's suspension weeks wasted by his replacement riding the pine.

 

I will wait until I hear from Pimp. If he accepts it, I will put it through.

 

It's been over 24 hours. Could you tell me if this trade going to happen or not? I'd like a definitive answer one way or the other so I can know whether or not I can pick up a healthy body from the waiver wire. My team is pretty busted up.

The incredible Tim Thomas is racking up points for both Sam and shagdog. Thing is Sam dropped him on the 19th...shagdog picked him up on X-Mas day. Commish?
