Which TV show should I watch now?

    Ok, I've become addicted to TV shows. Unfortunately, I've finished watching everything I considered interesting, and then there's the stuff that is on season break. Here's my, by far, favorites which are on hold:

    - Lost: Season break. Have watched everything.
    - Heroes: Season break. Same.
    - Prison Break: Same.
    - Sopranos: Watched all 6 seasons in less than two weeks. Loved it.

    Those are my favorites I will get back to when they become available again. For now, you have a taste of what I like. I watched a bit of 24 and a bit of 4400, was very unimpressed with both.

    I've heard Dexter is good but I'm not very convinced.

    I'm dying here. I'm open to comedy as well as long as its original, not your regular sitcom. What do you guys recommend?

    Arrested Development. It's only 3 seasons but it's a show that requires you pay attention because many previous jokes are often referenced in later episodes.

    The best drama on TV for the last 4 years is The Wire on HBO. DVDs of the 1st three seasons are out (I check them out of my library). Tons of really great characters.

    Watch Season 1 of Rome (which is out on DVD or is currently On-Demand for Time/Warner) , season 2 is set to begin in Jan 14, 2007

    Didn't like 24? Blasphemy!

    I loved Six Feet Under and Nip/Tuck Season 1 is really good if you like weird shows. I just got through watching Dead Like Me and while not spectacular, still an ok show.

    I think Entourage is really good, Ari's character is fantastic.

    Sweet, Season 2 in Jan...I can't wait...I wonder where it pics up...

    I would suggest Rescue Me...IMHO, best drama out there...great story line plus classic one-liners...

    I like ER and Ghost Whisperer (Jennifer Love Hewitt looking hot on that show, I never liked Jennifer Love Hewitt, but in this show looks nice)
