Rox v Lakers full game torrent Just realized the size didnt come out right, it is >700M...not sure how that happened..if you like to archive these, and you use regular CDs, let me know, if enough people need it, I'll rerun it at a later time and get it under 700M Rox v Lakers clip vid Rox v Lakers Pre and Postgame shows REMINDERS: 1) As most of you know, the videos are encoded with the xvid codec and are being made available using the bittorrent p2p protocol, so if you arent sure what that means, check this FAQ written by droxford for help or post here if you still have trouble. Dont forget the need to seed...seeding is so important to bittorrent working right. 2) if you download via a yousendit link....you really need to re-upload to yousendit and post the link here...it is most uncool to leech that and not return the favor...those links are only good for 25 downloads apiece. 3) if you are trying to play it on Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or RealPlayer and it still wont play after you install the xvid codec ..I would recommend using: Media Player Classic BS player(scroll down to get free BS Player) VLC Player 4) the Need To Feed the Tipjar (See my sig) is a ever-present need...if this server doesnt receive support, you never know when one day it might go away...and then where would you be? well its 735M not too bad...but probably wont fit on a standard CD unless you know how to overburn. after checking my settings, looks like I forgot to reset the bitrate after I ran the highlights...I was on some heavy duty sinus meds when I was doing that.
always go by the tracker index to find out how many seeds there are. there is at least one at all time upon new releases. (me) I dont turn my seed off until there are at least 10 seeds other than me. and eventhen, I keep an eye on the tracker index page ( http://www.rocketredrockers.net:6969/index.html ) and turn on my seed if anyone needs one.
Thanks R2K I realized after I posted that I hadn't hit refresh on the browser and it just took my software longer to find the seeds. Its running now.
I tried normal CD-R (700MB) and CR-RW (730MB) and both didn't work. So R2K, if it didn't bother you much, and your rest of course (seems like you are sick now), please re-generate a smaller size version of the full game vid. Thank you very much.
I went to www.utorrent.com and downloaded one of the torrents there. However, I still can not see any videos. What all do I have to download in order to see the game? I'll appreciate it.
Not sure if you downloaded R2K's video or someother else. Provided that you have downloaded R2K's video, you need xvid codec for your player. Check the link in point 3 of R2K's first post in this thread. Hope it works for you.
