Oh I was at the game and didn't see him throw the balls into the stand. That's an automatic T

But Bonzi was definitely going at it

Sorry, I don't think any of their comments funny at all... we comment on Kobe, Dirk etc. here also, but never so mean spirited like them.

Yeah, I'm trying my best to defend Yao over there. All of their fans think he is nothing but a jumpshooter, and that's why he doesn't get any calls. I'm reading posts like he hasn't learned how to bang yet??

Anyone have a link to a shot track meter for the entire season? I'm trying to show that Yao isn't jacking jumpers 24/7.

The thing is, why jump shooters don't get calls? Why NBA don't just play fair games? It stinks!

But the one I read was saying the opposite -- he is fighting in low post, so he should not complain blah, blah ...

Anyway, here are the two links of Yao's video:

Tell Kobe to stop whining all game even though there was no reason most of the time. He was greasing the refs for favorable calls and noncalls for later.

No he's a "Superstar" all he needed was to say what was on his mind and let the refs have it.
All refs in this league must be from Oregon(OU vs. UO game)the way they get so many calls wrong.

    LOL~~~~
You know what, Chinese fans in the dedicated Rockets Section on Hoopchina.com went even one step further, proposing that a ripping-the-refs kinda fund should be raised to finace YM, Tmac or JVG quarreling with the NBA.
As proposed, quotas will be allocated to each of the Rockets players as their fine source, and one ass-warms the bench if he could not finish the quota~~~~~
    Hilarious!!!

He does'nt need donations with the money he makes. Maybe a better idea would be to create a website where we exclusively put up clips of Yao getting ripped off by the refs and then publicize it. That would maybe embarrass the league into doing something about it.

Besides the calls favoring perimeter players, what about superstar calls for other big men, a finesse player like Dirk?

Some people are calling for Yao to be more aggressive in the low post. Dirk Nowitzki has nothing compared to Yao in the low post. Dirk has almost no low post game and depends mostly on jumpers and his great 3pt shooting.

    Dirk 8.4 FT/game
    Yao 8.6 FT/game

Does Yao have to shoot more jumpers in order to the the same calls?
Would Yao get more calls if he was white?

Dirk barely gets touched most of the time. Yao is getting pushed with 2 hands and shoved every game.

after reading the lakers board, i dislike laker fans even more...

they should know better than to be calling yao a finesse player and he doesnt get hacked....they had kareem, wilt and shaq.

just goes to show you how biased a board can be....

they kept contradicting themselves all the time, not worth sticking up for the rockets in that forum if they continue to do that

Looking at the league leaders again, Yao is still #10 in the league. The only big man above him is Z.Randolph.

It doesn't look like we have much of an argument, without sounding like whiny fans. I'm sure every player ranked ahead of Yao could argue for more calls.

unfortunately our problem is not yaos lack of calls, it just contributes to it.
our main problem is our player personnel: whether it be a heathy tmac, bonzi in the midst of getting in shape, or rafer's horrible decision making.

He was getting mugged. They pushed him off the block over and over. I can't remember one time in the game that he got the ball where he wanted it, and its because they wer pushing him in the back. It wore him down, and that showed by the end of the game.

You got it! Aren't they just self-contradictory?
or, should I just infer from their logic that it just should be Yao getting no calls whether he makes fade-aways or fights in the low post! Ridiculous!
