Fatigue and Rafer's stupid play, along with one sided referencing caused us the game.

This is just a ridiculous post. I'm not a big fan of JVG, but this has zero basis in anything.

The Rockets, on a back-to-back TRAVEL game took a team that is EASILY on par with them to double overtime ON THE ROAD when their star player scored 50 and we are missing our second best player.

I cannot imagine how you could POSSIBLY lay this off on Van Gundy. No matter what his faults might be, this game is not one of them.

do we have any offense but post yao up? i mean the jazz have had scrubs before and still run a competent offense b/c sloan knows what he's doing.

jvg with another blown 20 point lead. to a team that doesn't even have a double digit comeback. awesome. but hey, it must be the players.

Wow I feel so bad for Yao and Battier especially. They played their hearts out, to no avail :( .

Yes. I don't care how many points he gets or how many blocked shots he gets. Until he learns to be a leader and leads this team to wins on nights like this, he isn't a 'great' player just yet.

It's ok, it will come around, but he ain't there yet...

I wonder why VGD called time out. He has no clue and plan for the next play.

I had high hopes for this season. I thought it would be a team that had quality players and not like the one last year where it was Yao and a bunch of scrubs. I am totally wrong--it's still Yao and a bunch of scrubs.

I don't know whether the players got castrated or JVG cannot draw up an offensive play to save his life, but there is NO excuse to be playing this poorly ESPECIALLY when you've held double digit leads. NO excuse at all.
