Root canals are a relatively simple procedure that requires only an hour to do. Recovery is quick and can easily be treated with pain medication if need be. Nerves are removed, so there are really no pain. Infections are a possibility, but a week's dose of amoxicillin should serve as a good prophylaxis.

Wisdom tooth extraction requires surgery of the gums and cracking the tooth in half. That leads to alot of swelling, pain, and bleeding and subsequently a heavy dose of pain killers like Vicodin that will leave you whoozy and out of it.

Please stop bringing up the root canal as an excuse. 2 days off max for recovery is more than sufficient. Plain and simple, Bonzi used the excuse for time off.

Bonzi was too attentive yesterday and turned it over a lot. THis is because he hasnt played a lot of games...that's the consequences of not playing him as much.

The Bonzi quotes I read after last nights game, give me hope that this may actually work out with Bonzi (though it is going to take him a while to get into game shape) Most notable in bold

That sounds like a guy ready to work for the team. At the beginning I think he probably thought that he could help on his terms, now he's willing to help on the teams terms, which means JVG's terms.

I look forward to seeing him progress with the team.

undoubtedly the best part of the quote is when he says "the team will be a contendor, as long we stay healthy" the first game without the team's best perimeter player due to injury.
