Anyone want David Wells this year? He makes 9.2 million, is a 15 game winner, and has a contract expiring after this season. However, because I am over budget, I need to trade him for free. Brian Jordan (.307, 26 HR, 116 RBI) is available for prospects, and Javy Lopez is available for prospects also.

In who, Breese? The most available is David Wells... I'll give him up for a low-level minor leaguer. Just consider yourself renting him for a year. :)

He's not a bad player (he had 15 wins), but my payroll is too high and I have too many pitchers as well. He makes 9.2 mill, but just for this season, and you don't have to pay him after that.

Wells for your single A 2nd baseman David Newhan?
