    I always loved watching Justin's Cajun cooking shows. He was just hilarious.

    Rest in peace Justin - JOOS LIKE DAT. I hope they've got CAH-YAN PEPPA in heaven!

    I remember watching his show every Saturday morning on Channel 8 growing up.

    I remember seeing this one show where he was cooking outside and this huge freaking leaf fell in this pot of whatever it was he was cooking. He didn't miss a beat, just stirred it in and thanked mother nature for helping him flavor it. God bless you Cajun chef.

    Justin was cool to listen to. I had no idea what the hell he was tryin' to make because he never really said how much of what to put in, but listening to him talk made me laugh and was fun.
