Just caught the highlights from Sports Center and the unthinkable happened.

On a bad night by YAO they actually had nothing but good things to say and made the highlights look like he had a good game.

That and KG just said YAO was the MVP of the league.

LOL. If they show all the bad plays by Yao right after KG's remarks, wouldn't that make KG look bad? ;)

    LOL @ the great irony.

Too bad Yao did a disservice to his supporters with a performance like tonight's. :(

Yup, easily. Yao will not always play like this, which is his bottom of performance, but he will repeat this over and over again if he thinks this is just one game, just an off night, those shots should fall in...etc.....loser's mentality.

funny, Tmac thinks exactly that way.

"It was one of those nights, man,'' he said. "We definitely don't have very many like that.''

    and yao was saying,

"What I can say is I will make those next time'

It's clear what needs to be done for Yao to get respect on Sportscenter:

Average 30% shooting and 6.4 TOs per game with 6.5 rebounds. Then, and only then, will Yao arrive.

Interesting shot. I wish our 2 stars would have KG's heart and determination. Apparently KG learned a lesson last encounter and realized that he needed to double his effort to stop Yao. Thanks for sharing.

Two hands in the back, should this not be a foul?

The Rockets traditionally have not played "snow ball" very well. With a temperature just above zero outside to cool off the arena, I don't think they ever warmed up to the game.

yup twolves are lucky - he's earning every cent of his salary every night.. and add that to the fact how loyal this guy is to his franchise.. I'm pretty sure he's not all that happy.. but he doesn't take it public..

Are we sure there is no one we can trade for this guy? That is a great pic, he is putting all of his weight against Yao in order to stop his progress.

Maybe they realize he's an MVP candidate, because Yao had such a bad game and the Rockets lost

hes the MVP b/c when he is down the team is down...

and when Tmac is down, the team can still win

I heard that Yao often can not find a bed big enough for him to have a good sleep when the Rockets are on a road trip, could this be true?
