Supremes: hear cases on race-based school admissions

Sending the poor kids to the better schools is great, but I sure wouldn't want to be one of the suburban kids that gets shipped off to the crappy inner city school from which the poor kid had to be shipped away.

 

I wouldn't want to be one of those poor kids whose family lack the resources, support structure and social network necessary to offset the impact of a bad public schooling environment.

 

So, combining your sentiments and mine, we come to the conclusion that it would be better not to have bad schools. Aren't we smart.
