They each could have changed spots with each other and done just as well.

    Cripple Fight!!!

As bad as CC was, Zeke is on his own level. I can't think of another team in sports who is consistently in the bottom 5, has the largest payroll (by far), and gives away high draft picks for garbage players.

I think charley aka carlitos, was an agent working for Jerry jones.
His mission was simple:to sabotage the houston franchis in order to remain the only team in texas!!

that is the only logic i see.......a 2nd and a 3rd rounder for phillip buchanan?

I can. There called the Houston Texans.

They, by no means, are exuding any significant amount of cap space; and as far as giving away hight draft picks for garbage players, let me present the following:

    Tony Hollings
    Jason Babin
    Philip Buchanon

Isiah is actually good at drafting and evaluating talent...something I can't say about that other guy.

Im going with Isiah. Atleast he has players on his team that use to be good. The Texans only have about 6 players on the entire roster that are worth anything (Robinson,Johnson,Williams, Moulds, D.Davis, and Ryans)

Casserly is saved because in the NFL you can cut players and bad contracts. If it wasn't for that he would be in Isiah's class.

I only voted for CC because he was a GM in Washington and built a SuperBowl champion there (iirc).

If you narrow it down to CC for the Texans and 'Zeke for the Knicks, then 'Zeke is the obvious choice.

I'd have to say Casserly was better.

Didn't Isiah bankrupt an entire league (CBA) before he took over the Knicks job?

    Washed up beats star today?

Both were horrible judges of trade and signing value. Isiah has been good at getting decent players in the draft, but never grabbed stars that could help (McGrady didn't do much until Orlando, Camby was miscast as a franchise guy). Andre Johnson and Dunta Robinson are both studs. Isiah has not gotten a single one while in NY. I say Casserly gets the edge, despite the bad taste still in our mouths.

I think it's too close to call. It seems like every player Isiah signs as a free agent, trades for or drafts is a power forward.

At least we have cap space...this is unbelievable.

    Team Payrolls:

    3rd Highest: Dallas Mavericks $94,960,604
    2nd Highest: Philly Sixers $96,164,593
    Highest: New York Knicks $139,264,859

Also...Zeke completely took the Knicks out of the Gred Oden and Kevin Durant sweepstakes. The Bulls (division rivals) have the right to switch 1st Round picks with the Knicks...all for Eddy Curry!!
