Personally, I thought Iowa's and Tech's cheap shots were much much worst than Heard's hit on Colt. I think Heard's hit has gotten the most votes because Colt was taking off his helmet.
I think the order they have them on the site is pretty good, that said IMO 2 and 3 were the cheapest.... that is career threatening stuff that didn't need to happen.
