Just picked up my reserve...they have 4 more 20gb in stock when I left 15 minutes ago. 290/hwy 6 location. They have more 60 gigs but those are reserved for the other people with rain checks.
Too many...but I sold them all already I'm just doing it for fun and a small profit $0-$100. I rather get these puppies in gamers hands rather than see them on egaaay.
well doing it for profit I can understand, but is driving around all over town early in the mornings really 'fun'?
Hey if you have an extra one for sale let me know, I'll be in town tomorrow, could paypal the cash to you
it was weird, i was really excited about getting the ps3, then so and so about the wii... and i put them both for sale i made a LOT more for the wii, than the ps3... not that much demand for them i used the money for a 360. worked out nicely gears of war time!
It's sad how the best Blu-ray player on the market right now is the PS3 which can be had for 500 bucks vs. other players that are going for as much as 3 times that amount.
im taking a wait and see approach, like next year around this time when all the goodies will be released... Aside from blu-ray, I don't see what the big fuss is all about. I'll get one when developers begin to harness the POWEEER, hence... better games btw they need to do something about the lack of force feedback on the controllers (add rumble pack?). imo those controllers suck.
When I invest in my 1080P TV next year, I'll pick up a PS3 and my HDDVD add on for my XBOX360. Then I'll have all the bases covered.
I know...I don't have either but I want a PS3...It's economics...To get everything I want, it's $100 cheaper for the PS3...However, I have no idea which is better console wise and why...I just want the blue-ray...
Same here bud, the Blue ray is the major attraction for me, I already have an Xbox 360 and will probably get the HD DVD attactment soon. I just want something that going to take advantage of my 1081i TV, right now the only thing I watch in HD is Gears of War
I have an HD-DVD player and 41 titles, so believe me, I'm invested in that format and want it to win. But if it does defeat Blu-ray, it'll take years. There are too many studios exclusive to BD whereas HD-DVD only has Universal at the moment(along with a handful of WB titles like Batman Begins). My dilemma is that there look to be more and more titles exclusive to BD that I'd like to own. And it's gonna be really hard to resist going format neutral once Casino Royale is inevitably released day-and-date on DVD and Blu-ray. That movie alone could make me invest in Blu-ray(well that and Spider-Man 3 next fall).
