I was at the game for the first time last night and about one hour before the game started. Bonzi Wells was practicing dribble-and-jump-shoot, and then some FTs. Neither his jump-shots nor his FTs were falling and he seemed a little frustrated. Deke was practicing the hook-shot and JUMP-shot and they were all good, and actually he hit one jump-shot in the game and people were going crazy. Juwan was shooting jump-shots at the position where during the game he shot at least 3 times but it wasn't falling. KillBill was there but didn't remember him doing much. Padget was shooting 3's. Yao and Mac weren't out. On the other side of the court I could only recognize Swift and he kept trying to shoot a 3 from the corner and didn't go back into the lock room until he hit one. Overall the atmosphere was great last night, better than I thought when watching from TV. BTW: can anyone do a full transcript of Luther's interview with Chuck? I'd appreciate that.
They usually do 1 or 2 per game. We do the Greek lessons with Bill but I don;t remember any of it except for Gyro and Baklava! They had one where little kids asked questions of Tmac. Funny but lame. I don't think they will ever do one with Gundy.
Conclusion: I therefore conclude that Rockets won the game by scoring more points than the Grizzlies.
You really should've turned around and slapped those guys. We are stuck with juwan howard. There is no way any team will pick up that ridiculous contract of his, and give us a quality pf in place of him. We are stuck with juwan until he is in his last year of his contract, then we have the opportunity to trade him for something of value in return. We are stuck with juwan whether we like it or not.
