Horrendous at decision making. He makes shots from time to time, but is still way too inconsistent. At this point of time, I have more confidence in Billy despite his limited minutes.

Nice comments on the motion offense and would love to see the Rox do that more on top of running more.

I'll help you out by starting a thread.

As for Head I've been impressed by his play and am glad he got the chance to play a lot last year and learn on the job. He's a decent contributor on the bench with a few rough spots still but definately a plus for the Rox.

Luther is clutch in the 4Q and he is never afraid to take the big shot...no matter what his 0 for is.

three words for luther's lack of athleticism... Jeff Van Gundy...sure i like the coach but I think he has luther so scared of making a mistake that instead of rising up for a sweet dunk he lays it up for a sure shot on fast breaks. that also explains his reluctance to drive to the hoop as much. Still head is doing much better this year than i expected. i expected a rookie slump, but hes doing better in shorter minutes than last year. go head!

When Head hits a big three in the fourth you know the game is over. He's the closer on this team now.

Billy is turnover prone as well, and isn't as great a shooter from three as Head. Billy plays much better defense and he's a more traditional point guard. Luther's game is more of a spot up 3 point shooter when either Yao or TMac is doubled teamed.

The reason he is not driving to the hoop is because he can't. I don't see T-Mac or Spanoulis or even Rafer having the same problems.

His 3pts are good this year, and get potential to be a buzzer shooter. however, defensive skills need to be improved

What's that suppose to mean? If Luther does not play, then the rotation would be more open to Billy and Padgett. He has nothign to do with Novak because Jeff would play Padgett over Novak anyways.

I don't think Luther is going to be that bad as an analyst.

This is one I am really curious about. I thought when he was drafted they had said that was one of his strong points. If my memory is serving me right they said he made nearly 59% of his shots from inside the arc.

Overall though I wasn't thrilled when he was drafted as I was expecting a different type of player to be selected. Though after the injuries forced him into the lineup I was happy the team had him. He wore down after getting so much time so fast but his shooting has become a weapon. I would like to see him use his athleticism a bit more from time to time. Overall I think he was a good selection.
