A GREAT account of last night's game. Very nice read.

Probably the best live game blog I've read... maybe second only Bill Simmons.

A couple of my favorite parts:

you know how guys get the greenlight to shoot. well battier gets the greenlight to defend. van gundy has so much faith in him that he lets battier freelance on defense. he can leave his man and help whenever he wants. and he's smart enough to know how to do it. he's a really really good player. it was really something to watch him play. hopefully that's what jeffries brings to the table.

hey, jamal and nate in for hans and frans. awesome. isiah gets props for that. now take out eddy and we're in business. i don't expect to see those two the rest of the night. btw, marbury is in FULL towelbury mode as he has about 10 towels covering all of his body. francis is sitting towards the end of the bench like he doesn't even care.

Haha, nice, objective blog from a fan who's seemingly resigned to root for a team that sucks. Trust me, I know, I'm a DIEHARD Cleveland Browns fan and he basically sounds like me watching my team. But does he blog from his seat or have a very detailed memory?

my favorite line..

uh oh. jerome james gets up and pulls off the warm ups. he makes his way to the scorer's table when he suddenly stops. he starts to walk off the court and into the crowd. i'm in shock. he walks up to a little boy in a wheelchair. he then lays his hands on the boy's legs. the big game smiles and walks away. the little boy starts shaking and then miraculously, JUMPS OUT OF HIS WHEELCHAIR and begins to dance. his parents are crying. the garden is in shock and the buzzer sounds as james checks in for channing frye. we are all witnesses people, we are all witnesses.
